Priscilla Nieto McDonald is an Associate Broker and Certified Broker Appraiser.  She started in real estate buying, fixing up, renting and selling investment property with her husband; then she made real estate her professional career.  Over the years, her clients have referred her to their friends and family members so that she has helped people through every state of life:  first-time Buyers, move-up Sellers and Buyers, downsizing Sellers and Executors of Estates. She is referred by estate and divorce Attorneys and Financial Advisors who have clients needing an experienced and compassionate negotiator.  Today, many of her first time buyers are children or nieces and nephews of past clients.  Priscilla has been with Re/Max Realty since 1986 and earned the Graduate of Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Certified Relocation Professional, Accredited Buyer Representative and Senior Real Estate designations.  Her clients have referred her to Philadelphia Magazine's 5-Star Professional.  She's a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and is a former member of the Montgomery County Board of Realtors and past Board President of the Salba Corporation, a non-profit 17 unit apartment building. 

Her busy personal life revolves around her Family, her Church and Community volunteer work.  She's a member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Washington Business Alliance, the Montgomery County Network Connections, and the Dickens Auxiliary and MLK Community Health and Benefit Committees of the Abington Jefferson Hospital.  Her greatest joy is to connect with her clients one to one.  She listens to understand and clarify her clients expectations.  She is a calm, reassuring professional who finds solutions to problems and gets things done.
